Sound Baths

A journey through sound and stillness.

Sometimes the most meaningful thing we can do is stop, close our eyes, and simply receive.

A sound bath is an invitation to rest. Lying or sitting comfortably, you are surrounded by the resonance of crystal singing bowls, singing bowls and other instruments. Tone by tone, the room fills with sound and vibration, then softens into quiet.

There is nothing to achieve, nothing to perform and nowhere else you need to be. Simply settle in, listen, and let the sound move around you and into the stillness that follows.

What you might notice

Some people drift into deep rest. Others notice feelings, images or memories passing through, or a quiet sense of spaciousness. Whatever arises is welcome, and nothing in particular needs to happen.

Sound reaches the places words often can't.
